3. User-Generated Content Disclaimer

All rental listings, descriptions, prices, photos, and contact details are user-submitted content.

ForRent.ca:

• Does not review, verify, approve, or endorse listings
• Does not guarantee accuracy, legality, or legitimacy
• Is not responsible for false, misleading, outdated, or fraudulent content

You use all listings at your own risk.

4. No Endorsement or Relationship

The presence of a rental ad on ForRent.ca does not imply:

ForRent.ca has no relationship with advertisers beyond providing a publishing platform.
